Bulk Billing Update:

On the 1st November 2025 the government introduced new Bulk Billing Incentive Payments. While the Doctors think this is a positive step, the incentive does not cover the full cost of providing high quality care. Therefore, our clinic will continue to charge out of pocket fees for consultations, to ensure we can keep delivering high quality care. Please refer to our fees list for more information.

In order that the doctors are not constantly interrupted during consultation with telephone calls, our practice policy is to send a message regarding your phone to either the doctor or practice nurse. An appropriate response will be advised to you by the practice nurse.
